Tsumiki2022
Description
This is the first compact version of the "Inori no dan" series planned and designed by architect Taizo Iwashita and producer Keiki Nishimura. In 2021 Chiemoku Co., Ltd., a Sapporo based woodworking design, production, and sales company, was commissioned for its manufacturing. Wood from Hokkaido was used in its construction. The name "Tsumiki" is derived from the fact that it can be assembled like building blocks. It was developed and commercialized not only for holding books like a book stand, but also for holding a tablet.
